Great performances in general， and a fun diversion， but you’ll want the audiobook if you want to get all of the authors’ trademark turns of phrase。

Great cast。 The dramatization and what exactly was happening got a bit blurry around the edges at certain parts， but overall， a decent bit of audio。

Where do I start with this？？ It was FANTASTIC！ A humorous pre-apocalyptic story that gives hints of Douglas Adams' The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy， Good Omens follows the angel Aziraphale and his BFF Anthony Crowley （a demon） as they try to save Earth from complete destruction at the hands of the Antichrist—an 11-year-old boy。 I've never read the book （don't worry， it's on hold at the library）， but in my limited opinion， Dirk Maggs did an excellent job dramatizing the story。 I normally hate Where do I start with this？？ It was FANTASTIC！ A humorous pre-apocalyptic story that gives hints of Douglas Adams' The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy， Good Omens follows the angel Aziraphale and his BFF Anthony Crowley （a demon） as they try to save Earth from complete destruction at the hands of the Antichrist—an 11-year-old boy。 I've never read the book （don't worry， it's on hold at the library）， but in my limited opinion， Dirk Maggs did an excellent job dramatizing the story。 I normally hate audiobooks， but the cast of this was so phenomenal that I was hooked from minute one。 Crowley and Aziraphale make a wonderful comedic duo。The only thing that was not great about this—and possibly entirely my American self's fault—was the fact that there were no subtitles for characters with heavy Scottish or English accents。 Even after being raised on a steady diet of British children's literature， BBC America， the very English Captain Jean-Luc Picard of the starship Enterprise， the Great British Bake-Off， and every Gordon Ramsay show ever， I STRUGGLED to understand certain scenes。 Which led to some confusion later in the book。 But again， this likely wouldn't have been an issue if I had a better ear for British accents。 But overall: an excellent experience， and I'll definitely be seeking out the full-length novel as well as the mini-series 。。。more

I liked this book 。 It’s an easy read that I finished in one sitting。 I read it before the movie was released on Amazon Prime which I also liked。 If you like British humor this book is for you。

This was a good story about how the planed end of the world is disrupted for a another day。 The Antichrist is missing and the hunt begins。 When it’s discovered the baby has been switched and raised by different parents。 This was a fun adventure， listening to the sound effects of an old time radio show。

I began to listen to it through a dull drive and when I stopped I kinda forget about it until this week。 Still， it was a very nice （yes I use NICE intentionally） dramatization。 I like that Pratchett & Gaiman was in the audio - kinda cute。
